ABOUT THE STUDIO Jessica Cohen Ltd. is a private Israeli corporation, providing services including: Industrial Design, Interior Design, and Innovation Consulting. Recently, Jessica launched the Tambino™ brand line of children's products and home furnishings, and a line of namesake jewelry. In 2009, Jessica acted as project manager for the flagship franchise of red espresso bar in Moscow. Jessica also managed the Patent2009™ brand, which aided inventors in preparing patent applications. From 2007-2008, Jessica acted as manager of architecture and product design for Aroma Espresso Bar, near Tel Aviv. From 2003-2006, she ran a studio focusing on product design and innovation consulting, helping companies to innovate, design, develop, manufacture, and protect products. She helped entrepreneurs strategize and innovate new products through programs sponsored by the Israeli Ministry of Trade and Industry (MOIT) and the Honduran Export Institute (FIDE). ABOUT JESSICA Jessica holds two degrees in product design from Stanford, A.B. and M.F.A., where she studied as a Javitz Fellow. She also holds a Master’s in architecture from the University of California at Berkeley. Jessica is a lecturer on the subjects of innovation practice and industrial design, providing seminars to academia and private companies. She is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Hebrew. COMMUNITY SERVICE Jessica also volunteers with TZEVA, near Tel Aviv, since 2004. Jessica served two years in the Israeli Defense Forces, as the first woman in an elite Border Patrol Unit. |
