From 2007-2008, Jessica Cohen acted
as director
of architecture and product design for
Aroma Espresso Bar (Shefa
Franchises Ltd.), in Tel Aviv, Israel.
From 2003-2006,
she ran a studio focusing on
product design and innovation
consulting, helping
companies to innovate, design, develop, manufacture, and protect
products. The
studio, based in Tel Aviv, employed a
staff of diverse professional and international backgrounds. She
helped entrepreneurs strategize and innovate new products through
programs sponsored by the Israeli Ministry of Trade and Industry (MOIT)
and the Honduran Export Institute (FIDE).
Jessica is a lecturer on the
subjects of innovation theory and industrial design, providing
seminars to academia and commercial companies. A selection of

Jessica holds two degrees in design
from Stanford University,
where she studied as a Javitz Fellow. She also holds a Master’s in
architecture from the University of California at Berkeley.
